LG Drilling, LLC, was formed in 2015 by Lance Gleich, a long time Cheyenne
resident. The company started with Lance, with his brother Clayton helping
part-time, running one drilling rig and one water truck.

Today we operate 5 drill rigs, 4 service/pump trucks, and 42 units of support equipment. Our payroll has grown to 14 field technicians, and 4 office staff.

Since our founding LG Drilling has completed more than 900 well systems, and resolved more than 2500 service calls across Wyoming.
